Mindfulness-Based Literacy & Math Tutoring
Bright Road Early Education (Virtual) provides students in the early years (PK-K) with online, mindfulness-based, literacy & math lessons. Each lesson focuses on core skills needed for later success in reading and math--including phonemic awareness and phonics activities and pattern and numeral recognition. All sessions are embedded with appropriate mindfulness-based skills such as taking a moment to be present and engaged, taking deep breaths, and taking brain breaks.
All online educators have their appropriate clearances.
Our Team
Breeana
Breeana went to Temple University, where she graduated magna cum laude, to study Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She has a 1 year old who she teaches at Bright Road Early Education. Using the skills from Bright Road lessons, she has helped him to learn ALL of his uppercase letters. He is now working on distinguishing and identifying letter sounds.
Breeana has contributed to designing the scope and sequence of Bright Road Early Education (virtual) and contributes to creating some of the lessons.
